There is some slope to the property but the majority of the property is pretty level to gently sloped. The prime building site is at the top of the hill where the road has been been roughed in. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE UP THE HILL!!!! Road can have some grade excavated out or the path can be changed also but road was built to provide some access up to the home site area.
