“Building Dreams One Home At A Time” Hi, I’m Janice Koss, a dedicated Realtor serving the Tulsa area since 1996. With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve earned my GRI and CRS designations and obtained my Broker’s license to better serve my clients with a deeper understanding of the real estate industry. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Select Relocation Team, I continue advanced training each year to assist both buyers and sellers with excellence. My husband, Allen, and I have been married since 1979 and are blessed with a wonderful family, including children and grandchildren who mean the world to us. Our roots in this community run deep, and in 2020 we settled in Kiefer, a place we truly cherish. Faith, family, and service are at the core of who I am. I’ve had the privilege of teaching Sunday School and serving in our church, Fireside Baptist Church, as well as volunteering in the community. I’m honored to have been recognized as Volunteer of the Year and Citizen of the Year through my involvement with the Glenpool Chamber and local organizations.
