This property is an absolutely fabulous recreational property with plenty of water and enough range and water to carry a few cattle and or horses. Most of the neighbors are wild turkeys and deer. The lakes have a history of fishing adventures and a perfect waterfowl layover destination. Yes, I've heard gobblers competing for attention and have seen hens near their nesting sites. Outbuildings are wired for lighting and outlets with a concrete floor. They are large enough for the RV and setup for any handyman's shop. Outbuildings are in excellent shape. Home needs updating but has great bones. The process of remodeling has already begun but was stopped by circumstances out of owner's control. Several rooms are down to the studs. The home has a basement that can serve as the storm/wine cellar. Back deck is a great idea with awesome views but also needs repairs.
