As a fulltime REALTOR®, Steven Rodgers brings over 15 years of experience as a manager and supervisor, in the retail industry. His excellent listening and problem solving skills, affords him the unique ability to guide his customers through the challenges that might arise and to manage the real estate transaction to meet his customer’s needs. Steven’s methodology of getting acquainted, learning and understanding his client’s interest, needs, hopes and dreams, leads him to the right questions. Also, in considering his selling clients’ answers, he helps these clients to make the most beneficial decisions. In addition to being a fulltime REALTOR®, Steven has many years of experience as a real estate investor and landlord. He has remodeled and rehabbed numerous homes and continues to be very active in the management of his own properties. His personal involvement in renovating homes gives him a sharp eye for even the smallest details that would make a property a great investment. His experience provides buyers a detailed oriented view of the property and for sellers a prospective of detail that can make the difference in the sale of their home.
