The Kiowa Road 160 is looking for an owner who can see the potential whether it is recreational or agricultural. This property is located in an area known for its healthy deer herd and great upland bird opportunities. Pheasants can be found on the property. Deer use the property to transition from the Osage Creek bottoms to the west to the ag fields to the east. A drainage ditch through the middle of the property makes a prime location for a pond catching the water that comes from a nice elevation change from east to west. A pond would help draw the abundant waterfowl in the area. It is a great spot for someone who wants to put in a little work to create a great hunting getaway. The agricultural opportunities are varied as almost all of the property could be tilled for seasonal crops or hay production. CRP potential exists as well as running cattle. There are county maintained roads on the north and west sides and provide excellent access. Potential, Potential, Potential!
