Cleveland native and west side local, Brian Moran is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty?an advanced level of licensure above a traditional real estate salesperson. In Ohio, brokers undergo additional education, testing, and experience requirements, allowing them to handle more complex transactions and provide an even higher level of expertise and oversight for their clients. A graduate of St. Edward High School, the University of Dayton (B.S. in Industrial Engineering), and Baldwin Wallace University (MBA), Brian began his real estate career in 2015. Since then, he has specialized in Northeast Ohio residential real estate, consistently earning recognition as a multi-million-dollar producer year after year. Outside of real estate, Brian enjoys boating on Lake Erie, attending local community events, and supporting Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland.
