I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent in Northeast Ohio. Working as a Real Estate Consultant for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies is very rewarding and an honor to be a part of their team and history. I work with an array of clients- from first time home buyers, step up or down buyers, investors, sellers and builders. I love to negotiate for my clients and problem solve when need be. There is almost never a problem that doesn't have a solution and positive outcome. I have a team in place for when surprises do pop up, we can work things out successfully.
