Amy Barbisch originally grew up in the quaint, beautiful Erie County area of Ohio and then moved to Florida where she lived for 26 years. With an extensive background in real estate and related service experience she has exceptional people skills while being committed to providing a high level of customer service coupled with peace of mind for her valued clientele. She owned a flourishing property management company primarily representing vacation homes in central Florida for 13+ years that drovevaluable bookings and revenue for her clients. She then added real estate sales to her company portfolioto benefit the owners and customers with great success and held her Florida real estate license for 15 years. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Additionally, she played a key role and was a highly regarded rainmaker for a large sales team and CFO for a brokerage as well as created and implemented a brokerage mentor and coaching program serving 100+ agents. She recently returned back to Ohio two and a half years ago and decided to put her wealth of skills to work in the world of real estate. Her multiple years of business and life experiences have taught her that joy comes from helping others and she is pleased to announce that she will be the new Office Manager for Coldwell BankerSchmidt Family Of Companies in Westlake, Ohio. She will serve the areas of Erie, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Huron and Sandusky Counties.
