About Grace

Say hello to Grace! Grace grew up in the real estate industry. In fact, she attended her first home showing when she was just two-years-old! Altogether, Grace has over 7 years experience working in the real estate industry in a variety of positions (as a marketing assistant, a transaction coordinator/client care director and now as an agent, licensed in 2023). Studying Spanish and psychology at the University of Cincinnati has prepared her to work with a diverse range of clients and provide 5-star service to each & everyone she works with. Grace specializes in working with first time buyers, relocation buyers and contract negotiation for buyers. She is detail oriented, responsive and understands how to prepare a winning offer in this complex seller's market.
