About Phillip

In 2023, Phillip received his Ohio Real Estate License and started his journey as a REALTOR® in the Mahoning Valley. In addition to real estate, Phillip works as an Automotive Parts Salesman in the local area. Phillip has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has over fifteen years of experience as a Quality Manager and over ten years of experience selling automotive parts. Combined, that gives him 25 years of experience providing excellent products and service to his customers/clients. Phil has been married to his wife, Karen, for 39 years. They have three children and two grandsons, ages 2 and 4. Phillip enjoys spending time with family and attending an occasional baseball game. He is also active in his local community. Phillip served two terms on the local school board, as well as served on a levy committee for the local public library. In addition, he has chaperoned several youth mission trips. Phillip will be providing professional real estate services in Trumbull County, Mahoning County, Columbiana County and surrounding areas.
