I get dozens of calls, texts & emails daily, & I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. What Kind of Work Are You Really Good At? On a personal level, I'm pretty good at cooking (I make a mean meatloaf) and a time or two (ok,once) I've kept all my annual flowers alive straight through until early Fall. We are living in a social-media world. *Negotiating. It's part art, part science and part Worcestershire sauce. No, wait, that's the meatloaf. *Helping sellers and buyers reach their real estate goals. (Seriously. I'm good at this stuff) * I know all the words to "Walkin' On Sunshine".
