Having spent most of my working life managing large apartment communities, I gathered vast amounts of knowledge concerning everything having to do with property from the dirt to the roof. This experience has molded me into a realtor who can be your best ally when it comes to buying or selling a home. In addition, I am also a professionally trained mediator who can come in to help with difficult conversations if selling a home involves divorce or what to "do" about mom/dad and the family home. I work in all areas of real estate and have recently added a specialization in divorce and probate. Those types of transactions involve so much that many agents know nothing about. So, as you can see, I am NOT just your run-of-the-mill agent.
