About Riley

Hi, I’m Riley Carpenter, a Columbus native with a lifelong love for this city and the people who make it special. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent several years as an elementary school teacher in Upper Arlington. Teaching taught me a lot, including how to listen closely, communicate clearly, and stay patient and creative under pressure. Those same skills now help me guide clients through every step of buying or selling a home with confidence and care. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, buried in a good book, or cheering on the Buckeyes. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, relocating to Central Ohio, or looking to make your next move, I’m here to make the process simple and enjoyable.
