Mr. Whitney’s career spans nearly three decades beginning as an investment banker in Columbus with Meuse Rinker Chapman Endres & Brooks, predecessor to Banc One Capital Markets and subsequently acquired by JPMorgan Chase & Co. His wide-ranging real estate experience encompasses an array of single-family residential and multi-tenant condominium/apartment property types. Licensed in Ohio and Florida for nearly twenty years, during his tenure with Coldwell Banker Mr. Whitney’s accolades include recognition as the Company’s Top Residential Community Commercial Agent for the State of Florida. A member of St Patrick Church and the Knights of Columbus, Mr. Whitney is also a proud alum of Bishop Watterson and The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business where he was awarded a BS in Finance.
