About Nickie

Nickie Evans is a full-time agent passionate about helping people with their most valuable asset, their home. However, it is Nickie's negotiation skills that give her clients unparalleled confidence. Nickie capitalizes on these tools with the use of professional photos and well-written descriptions. Whether buying or selling, Nickie consistently exceeds her client's expectations by providing sound and current market information; truly setting her apart from the others. Nickie has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Economics, both from Ohio University. She and her husband, Chuck, are both big fans of the Bobcats. Originally from Bryan, Ohio, a small town in the Northwest corner of the state, Nickie is proud to call Columbus home. She is passionate about the unique, diverse neighborhoods within the City and throughout the surrounding suburbs. Since moving to Columbus in 2000, Nickie has lived in many areas of the city: Victorian Village, German Village, Marian Village, Hilliard, Lewis Center and Dublin. She and her family currently live in Grandview Heights. Nickie enjoys reading, camping, hiking, cooking and spending time with family. She is very active in her community and her children's schools.
