Born and raised in the heart of Columbus' historic German Village, Evalyn brings deep local knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to helping others through every stage of life. Evalyn began her professional journey in healthcare, where she was honored with the Walter and Marion English Award in 1996 from the American Red Cross, prior to earning her nursing degree from the Columbus School of Practical Nursing in 1999. In addition to her career, Evalyn volunteers with Meals on Wheels, providing care and connection to seniors in Columbus. Driven by a passion for service and community, she transitioned into real estate in 2020 after graduating from Hondros Collage. Evalyn has successfully closed over $2 million in residential sales. She is a 2025 Columbus Realtors President's Merit Award recipient, recognized for sales performance, professionalism and commitment to her clients. She has also earned the Coldwell Banker Realty 100% Customer Satisfaction Award consecutively since 2020 and is an active member of the Grove City Area Realtors Association. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and holds her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist - an acknowledgement of her expertise in assisting older adults as they sell their homes and transition into their new communities.
