Hi, I’m Brianna Langs. My journey started in Milwaukee, where I grew up, and it eventually led me to Columbus, Ohio. Along the way, I earned two degrees in education, which heavily shapes how I work with my clients today. I am an educator and a lifelong learner at heart. Because of that, I don’t just handle the paperwork; I break down complex steps, answer the tough questions, and make sure you feel entirely informed and confident in your decisions. In real estate, I look at homeownership as a powerful step toward stability, financial freedom, and generational wealth. From exploring house hacking to uncovering great deals, and even utilizing special Ohio and Columbus programs that make homeownership more accessible, I make sure my clients see every single option on the table. That same dedication to strategy, detail, and care applies to my work in event planning, an industry I have been immersed in since 2016. My love for events actually started back during my time as a theater kid. I fell in love with the process of planning large-scale shows for weeks, tweaking each detail to ensure everything went off smoothly, learning from mistakes, and improving for the next night. I treat every event exactly the same way. Once the day arrives, it is showtime. Over the past decade, I have planned small events like board meetings with high-profile figures, medium events like graduation parties and family gatherings, and large-scale productions with budgets exceeding $30,000. My experience covers everything from hosting special guests and securing lodging to managing the live run of show, designing decor, and executing complex operations. I step into the stressful roles so that you do not have to. I want my clients to actually enjoy their life's milestones rather than stressing about whether the paper towels are running low. Because my business accompanies people during their most personal moments, I want you to know the person behind the professional. Outside of real estate and events, I am a serial hobbyist with a deep passion for Black history. Right now, my favorite pastimes are cooking and gardening, both indoors and out, though an honorable mention will always go to the art of waist bead making. I am also an avid reader who loves memoirs and coming-of-age stories. A few of my absolute favorites are Their Eyes Were Watching God, The Coldest Winter Ever, and The Richest Man in Babylon. And, if I am looking for a little extra drama, I like to read the Bible.
