She has closed over $32,554,000 in gross sales. Clients, through their positive feedback before, during and after the sale, have helped Barb become an annual Quality Choice Award winner and a Premier Coldwell Banker Agent. Over 85% of Barb's business is from referrals. Education Earning degrees at Ball State University (B.S.) and at Purdue University (M.S.), Barb was an English teacher and librarian before deciding on a real estate career. After graduating from Hondros College and successfully completing the Dale Carnegie Course, Barb completed her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation. Awards Barb is the recipient of the Columbus Association of Realtors $1 million, $5 million and $10 million sales awards. She has also been recognized annually for her attention to customer service with the Quality Choice Award. In 2009, Barb was recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors and was elected Governor of Ohio by the Women's Council of Realtors. Favorites Watching and attending Big Ten sports and spending time with family, especially grandchildren Will and Ellie, are favorites for Barb. When not working, Barb enjoys traveling, especially to California wine country, and to Copper Mountain, Colorado. Locally, she supports and participates in Upper Arlington and Grandview community activities.
