Meet Teresa Gustafson – Your Go-To Realtor Hey there! I’m Teresa Gustafson—a proud mom, veteran, former military spouse, and passionate Realtor®. Whether we’ve worked together before or you’re just getting to know me, I’d love to share a little bit about who I am and why I love what I do. Family First – Always! Family is my everything! I’m a proud mom of five amazing kids, ranging from 17 to 30. Two of my sons have served—one as a Navy Rescue Swimmer and another in the Army National Guard. My other kids are thriving in their careers, college, and high school. Like many military families, we’ve tackled relocations, deployments, and all the ups and downs that come with this lifestyle. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find a place to truly call home. From Military Life to Real Estate Before entering real estate, I served in the Army for seven years and was a military spouse for 16 years. I know firsthand how stressful moving can be, and I bring that experience into my work—making relocations as smooth as possible, whether they’re across town or across the country. I genuinely love every part of real estate (yes, even lawn maintenance!), but my absolute favorite moment is closing day —seeing the excitement on my client’s faces when they finally get the keys to their new home. When I’m not working with buyers and sellers in the Dayton/Wright-Patt area , you’ll probably find me at a concert or out hiking with my family and our two dogs, Goose and Lucy Lou (aka Pretty Girl).
