About Shari

Shari Williams is a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Heritage, and serves buyers and sellers across the greater Dayton area. After a successful career in the entertainment industry, she decided to switch career paths due to the influence of her father. He acquired his real estate license later in life, and despite being in his 80’s, is still an active agent. Shari’s favorite part of being an agent is meeting new people and helping them start a new chapter in their lives. Before pursuing a career in real estate, Shari obtained a degree in Performing Arts Management and Dance from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA. She is still actively teaching and choreographing in the Dayton area. In her previous roles, she served as the VP of Entertainment with Mandalay Sports Entertainment and as the Director of Entertainment for the Dayton Dragons. Shari’s customer service skills and her attention to detail will prove beneficial as she guides you through the process of buying or selling a home. Shari has lived in the greater Dayton area for the pat 20 years, spending 10 of those in Miami County. She is married to a USMC Veteran, and has one daughter and two Great Danes. In her free time, Shari enjoys spending time at the lake and road tripping on their Harley Davidsons.
