About Mark

While living in the greater Dayton area for the past nine years, I have gained a large base of knowledge on the ebbs and flows of its markets. Although my family and I currently reside in West Milton, I have spent much time in and around the areas of Troy, Piqua, and Vandalia. In doing so I have made myself familiar with the dynamics of these wonderful communities. Before starting my path in Real Estate sales, I built an extensive background in construction, both residential and commercial. My knowledge extends beyond the condition of the paint job and into the efficiency of the windows and the integrity of the foundation. I have also been a part of investment teams and have worked on several successful real estate projects. I contain the knowledge of all realms of the real estate industry. I enjoy the art of making a deal and closing with all parties satisfied, but that is not why I am here. I am not here to sell houses; I am here to build relationships while assisting my clients in finding their dream homes. Don’t just take my word for it, I’ll prove it.
