Welcome! My name is Cynthia Toth (Cindy), and I am a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty in Ohio. I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1991. I obtained the specialized designations of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) due to my passion in working with the 50+ market. I fully understand the challenges facing older adults whether they are aging-in-place in their current home or transitioning to a home/environment that better suits their needs. I help my clients navigate their choices as well as provide resources that can assist in their decision making.
