As a Licensed Real Estate Broker working full time in residential & commercial real estate since 1987, I am an expert in marketing & contract negotiations to obtaining desired results for my clients whether selling or purchasing a home or property. I have a proven track record with over 30 years of experience & knowledge. A lifelong resident of Springfield, I graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s degree, with a dual major in business & speech communications, and also (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute. My commitment is to supporting our community giving personal time and resources local organizations including: Fellowship Church, Nehemiah Foundation, The Gathering of the Greater Miami Valley, Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals, Director & past President of Springfield Board of Realtors along with numerous other groups & committees.
