About John

John is born and raised in Springfield, where he currently resides and works. When he is not selling real estate, John spends time with his wife Nancy and large family. Together they have 6 grown children and 17 grandkids that all live in Springfield as well and keep them busy. John loves to spend his spare time relaxing in the sun whether at Indian Lake or Naples Florida. He is an active member of First Christian Church and has been for oyears. John has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. He is a broker associate and spent the early portion of his career active in the local real estate boards, The Rotary Club over 15 years, The Chamber of commerce and more. His main focus was his participation in the Nehemiah foundation, which he continues to support. John specializes in all things real estate and over his career has helped pave the way for many recruits. Kristin is a Kenton Ridge and Urbana University grad where she double majored in business marketing and business management. She has been in real estate working full time since 2001 and has always worked side by side with John-so she learned (and continues to learn) from the best. Her husband, Jesse is a Shawnee High School grad and returned to Springfield after college. They have 4 children, Will, Hannah, Landyn and Parker. Coming from a large family and having a large one herself, she stays busy outside of work with them. As a team, we have grown own real estate business and network; after decades with a small local firm, we have partnered with Coldwell Banker Heritage to take our business to the next level. We have been extremely blessed during our careers and we try to spread the blessings to local outreach programs. We are avid supporters of Springfield City Youth Mission. Giving back to our community is one of our greatest priorities.
