Our team has been in the real estate industry and involved in every aspect of real estate, from listing, selling, marketing, rehabbing, leasing, and flipping properties. Our team has negotiated and helped close more real estate transactions than any team in the Miami Valley with over 10,000 sides of business closed. Kal has served on Freddie Mac’s Real Estate advisory group for 3 years and has spoken at various industry functions over the years sharing his experiences, his knowledge about investing in real estate, system and team building.
