About Tamika

Tamika Bailey was born in Columbus and raised on Air Force bases in Ohio, Georgia and Nevada. She calls Ohio home again where she lives with her husband and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and volunteering. Prior to entering real estate, Tamika worked for over 23 years in the area of Information Technology in various roles in the private, nonprofit and public sector. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Information Systems and Human Resources and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Tamika knows that buying and selling a home can be an exciting, yet stressful process. Having been through the process herself from both ends for several properties of her own, she understands the importance of having agent representation which can ultimately have a significant impact on the results. As someone who has always had a passion for helping people, Tamika's goal is to work diligently to exceed her client's expectations, providing them with personable service and connecting them with the best options to meet their needs.
