About Steve

Honesty, Integrity and Tenacity are my core values and my primary philosophy is – “I’m not happy until my Client is happy”. I have bought and sold, built and re-built several homes in the area, and been a self-employed Home Inspector. Being a Real Estate Sales professional allows me to use all of the knowledge and skills I’ve gained to help my clients with their home buying or selling needs. I graduated from Newark High School, earned a degree in Natural Resources Conservation and Environmental Quality Control from Muskingum Area Technical College, and Real Estate licensing at Hondros College. My best education has come from almost 50 years of working and interacting with people all over the world. I am a lifelong resident of Licking County, being raised in Newark and now living in Heath. I’ve had the opportunity to see most of the U.S. and a lot of the world but I always find my way back to Central Ohio. My wife Connie and I enjoy volunteer work locally through our Church and across the U.S. in response to natural disasters as we are able. We have three children and we are kept quite busy by 7 beautiful grandchildren.
