About Melissa

Melissa is a residential real estate agent specializing in assisting Sellers and Buyers in Licking County and throughout central Ohio. Licensed since 2003, she is a full-time agent with extensive experience in the many areas of the real estate business, including negotiations, marketing, assisting Sellers, Buyers, First time Buyers, condos, farms, rural properties, land, and many other situations which may be unique to each Seller or Buyer. She strives to add compassion to the real estate transaction, knowing that for many people buying or selling a home can be a stressful and emotional undertaking. Her attention to detail, careful coordination of the multiple aspects of the transaction, and thorough explanation of the process are the distinctive benefits that she brings to each client. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. degree in Natural Resources, she is a member of the Licking County Board of Realtors, where she has been Chair for the Professional Standards Committee from 2013 until 2023. She is also a member of the Central Ohio Regional MLS. Melissa serves on the Community Relations Committee of the Development Council for Licking Memorial Hospital and is actively involved in the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce participating on the Economic Development Committee.
