About Kim

With over 30 + years in retail, Kim uses her past experience in an ever-changing, fast-paced retail environment now in the ever-changing, fast-paced world of real estate! She is known for having excellent customer service skills including over 10 years' experience in individualized client attention. Kim has always carried a passion for helping people. She brings that passion to her buyers and sellers in helping them achieve what they want out of the real estate transaction. Kim's management and leadership skills help the sale process by offering ease to the client in a sometimes-challenging buying and selling experience. Clients can trust her to manage the transaction well from beginning to end while enjoying the process along the way. Kim is the mother of two adult children, Paige and Corbin and has a schnauzer named Kaiser. She is no stranger to central Ohio. Having lived all over, she was born in Zanesville, grew up outside of Lancaster, raised her children in Pickerington, and now calls Johnstown "home". Kim will use her knowledge of Central Ohio to best position her clients in their unique real estate needs no matter where they live! Some of Kim's favorite hobbies include crafting, gardening, playing Words with Friends and a good chai tea. Kim holds her bachelor's degree from Ohio University and Real Estate pre-licensing from Hondros College. To stay current in legal and industry changes, Kim is always looking for ways to complete continuing education classes to best service her clients year-over-year!
