Who & What: My name is Brittany Freas, I am a REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker Realty and the Guanciale Group. My career with Coldwell Banker Realty started in 2009 as the office administrative assistant. Following that I became licensed in 2013 to be the team assistant for the Guanciale Group. I have since became a team member helping both Buyers and Sellers navigate this market. I was recently awarded the 10 Million Dollar Club sales award by the Licking County Board of Realtors.
