Hi! My name is Angelina Ault. I was born in Columbus and raised in Newark, Ohio. After graduating from high school, I was determined to go to college. Although I thought I had a plan, it was flipped upside down in a matter of weeks. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to study in college, but I knew I had an interest in passive income, rental properties, and, in general, finance. I realized that I would rack up so much debt in student loans, and it was not worth the risk for me. At that time, I had no idea what I wanted to major in. What did I want to pursue as my career?As time went on, I began looking into the real estate business. I have family in the industry, so I have learned about it and been around it for the majority of my life. I decided, "What better way to expand my knowledge in finance, rental properties, etc., than to be in the real estate business myself?" That was when I made the decision to become a real estate agent. I saw it as a great opportunity to be mentored by someone close to me. Not only could I learn about the market myself, but I could also help others with one of the most important and meaningful decisions of their lives.I mentioned that buying a home is one of the most impactful and significant decisions of your life. So many amazing opportunities lie within the real estate market. Some people are looking for a family home, perhaps to expand. Some individuals are first-time homebuyers, ready for new beginnings. Another couple is looking to downsize after their children have left home. Some are purchasing rental properties to grow their assets.
