My wife and I have full time careers in public safety. I began a career as a Firefighter / Paramedic in March of 2000 and my wife has been a police officer for the same time. We live a crazy hectic life along with our 10-year-old daughter Emma, but we play as hard as we work. Our free time is spent on Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee. We love the lake life and will be purchasing a home there in the coming months as a getaway. Also, in early 2019 we visited Yost Van Dyke in the BVI for the first time. What an amazing place! Having a home there would be ideal as well as we move forward. My real estate career began in 2009 when I began flipping homes. This led to me acquiring my real estate license in 2011 Since then I have been part of over 50 rehabs while still maintaining my full-time job at the fire department. In the recent couple years, I have been connected with hedge funds and investors from Israel. I spent 2018 representing a fund out of California that purchased 15 residential homes. The folks from Israel have come into the picture in just the recent few months.
