About Nicole

Confession: I LOVE MOVING. It's why I became a Realtor. I spent a good part of my early life in the military where I moved six times in 8 years. There's something really exciting about moving: new possibilities, new scenery, new neighbors. I like change. I started my professional career in the United States Air Force as a Public Affairs Officer, transitioned to the Reserves as a Military Historian and then became a Realtor. My husband and I live on a hobby farm in rural Cincinnati. I have merged my love of public service, history, land and rural living to become a Realtor. I love what I do because I get to see lots of different places and I get to HELP people. I get to help people provide a place to live for their family, invest in their future, and make their dreams come true. What are my skills? I'm a licensed Realtor, I'm a database wizard, I have amazing communication skills, I like to negotiate, I am detail oriented. I work with another really cool Realtor, my husband, we're a team. I like working with people and I believe you when you say your pet/kid/privacy/lifestyle is a priority. I want to show you houses that you will live in and enjoy for many years. I want to sell the house you are moving from. I ESPECIALLY want you to pay or get the right price for that home. I want to listen to people tell me their hopes and dreams and be a part of that process. I take great pride in providing my clients with honesty, respect, compassion, understanding and knowledge. Aside from those things I'm a mother and wife to an amazing family, I LOVE horses, I make hay, I can drive a tractor, I can build things and use tools, I volunteer at my kid's school, and I support my local community.
