I started in real estate when the housing market crashed in 2007 and began buying investment properties in hopes that the market would recover. Later, I decided to represent myself in those real estate deals, so I went to school in 2008 to get my real estate license. During that time, I started expanding my efforts, working with friends and family members as they bought properties. I discovered a deep and abiding love for seeing the smiles and joy on my client's faces when they find their ideal property - a joy that continues as I advance in her career. I take pride in treating each of my clients with the same care and determination that I would use if I were buying a property of my own. I am a certified relocation specialist focusing on clients moving to the Cincinnati area or those ready to move away from the area. I have attained several awards and certifications that help set me up for success, including the Ohio Presidents' Sales Club and Circle of Excellence awards. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Professional Property Stager Consultant.
