About Karina

Karina is a loving mother who found herself falling in love and immigrating to Cincinnati in 1997 to start a family with her soon to be Husband. Since then, she has given birth and raised three children; a doctor, an engineer, and a soon-to-be lawyer. Aside from being a Mother, Karina has utilized her degree in Business Administration to be an integral part of the success of multiple long standing businesses. A recent testament to that success was the sale of 7 figure business in the greater Cincinnati Area (2024). With her prior experience in real estate, including house flipping and short term rentals, she now focuses 100% on serving citizens in any and all of their real estate wants and needs. Karina has found success in her personal and professional life, all while calling Cincinnati home. Her love for the Queen City transcends into her passion for real estate, and serving members of her community professionally and enthusiastically. Originally from Venezuela, she will be able to serve Spanish and Non-Spanish speakers alike. Her diverse background with people fosters a welcoming environment to all clients, with the hope that they leave with the keys to their new dream home, and a new friend in the city.
