My approach to real estate is rooted in precision, deep community connection, and an unwavering commitment to giving my clients my absolute full attention. My path to real estate wasn't traditional, but it shaped exactly how I serve my clients today. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and spent seven years working for FM Global in loss prevention engineering right here in southwest Ohio. Engineering taught me the critical importance of attention to detail, problem-solving, and assessing structures and risks—skills that translate perfectly into evaluating properties and navigating complex real estate transactions. I intentionally waited until our youngest child went off to college before I began my real estate classes. I wanted to ensure that when I stepped into this role, I could dedicate my full focus to every single home buyer and seller. Guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives is a privilege I take incredibly seriously. My dedication to serving others extends far beyond real estate. I have proudly lived in Lebanon, Ohio, for years, and in January 2025, I was honored to take a seat on the Lebanon City Council. Prior to my real estate career, I worked at the Warren County Juvenile Court in the clerk's office and with the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) program. I have been a dedicated CASA volunteer since 2011, advocating for the best interests of children in our community. When I’m not analyzing market data, negotiating contracts, or serving on City Council, you will likely find me indulging my passion for travel and volleyball. I love traveling both nationally and internationally, and I still actively play volleyball. But perhaps my favorite role is that of a passionate spectator. One of my favorite memories was celebrating my 60th birthday in Los Angeles, watching the U.S. Men’s National Team battle Argentina in the Volleyball Nations League—a thrilling match featuring an unforgettable 43-41 fourth set!
