I've been a resident of Gr. Cincinnati's Warren County area since 1985. Orig. licensed in 1987, I was a recognized achiever in Residential Resales/New Construction for 5 1/2 years; I also advanced my skills set with 90+ hrs of addl. college coursework in Finance, Appraisal and Construction. In 1991, I took a hiatus from work in order raise my children. Happily, I'm back – Working as both a "First-Choice" Listing Agent & as a Dedicated Buyers' Agent, I bring a wealth of experience, education and sharp negotiating skills to the table, plus I'm certified as a Professional Property Stager & a Smart Homes Consultant. SINCE 2011 , I've averaged 25 closings per year; my listings have garnered an avg. 98% of list price, with only 14 avg. days on market (Yes, of course my avg. % of list price & Days on Market have improved even more over the course of the past several years).
