About Ann

Ann Burrell has always had a deep passion for two things: helping others and architecture. With a distinguished career as a firefighter and paramedic, Ann brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry, offering valuable insight into the homes she works with. She is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect home where they can create lasting memories. Having earned her degree from Northern Kentucky University and completed her Realtor’s license coursework at Hondros College, Ann is committed to providing exceptional service, drawing on her extensive background in serving the community. Although she is newer to real estate, Ann is far from new to the Middletown area, where she has lived for over 20 years. Proud to have raised her family in a community rich in culture and tradition, she is passionate about helping others make the Middletown area their home. In her free time, Ann enjoys exploring local parks with her dog, traveling to new cities, and making memories with her family.
