Real estate transactions happen during some of the biggest moments of our lives, such as a marriage, a divorce, an expanding family, an empty nest, or as a result of a death. During my former role of 16 years as a caseworker for Children Services, I aspired to make a difference in the world by helping families and children in need. The families and children I worked with placed their trust in me during very difficult and stressful times in their lives. Likewise, you can trust me to handle one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. As a homeowner of multiple properties, I understand the stressors related to the buying and selling process; especially when it comes to searching for a new home in a different part of the state. My family moved from southwest Ohio to northeast Ohio in 2019 when my husband accepted the position of Village Administrator for Geneva-on-the-Lake. I love living in a resort town on Lake Erie. There is something about the water that provides a sense of peace and tranquility. Since my husband is also in the military, we were able to use a VA loan for the purchase of our house. I am very familiar with VA loans, military benefits and even how deployments can often affect decisions regarding buying or selling.
