About Morgan

Morgan is a licensed Realtor in the State of Ohio, in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Realtor Board, and the Akron-Cleveland Association of Realtors. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Schmidt Relocation Team, Morgan has been trained to manage our Affinity Account clientele. Morgan has also earned the Certified Real Estate Negotiator Designation, and has special training in the presentation, pricing, and selling of Luxury Properties. Morgan has obtained her Certificate of Completion in the “CRE WIN” Program from Coldwell Banker Commercial Division, focusing on the pricing, marketing, and analysis of a wide array of commercial real estate property types. Additionally, Morgan has had advanced education in the areas of Appraisal, Financing, Real Estate Contract Law and Risk Reduction. Morgan McClain is currently licensed with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty.
