About Michael

Hello, my name is Michael Vitale. I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty. I spent the majority of my childhood in Ashtabula county, where I fell in love with the scenery and the people. I have an undergraduate law degree from Lake Erie College, as well as an MBA from Cleveland State University. I successfully completed courses in Real Estate principles and practice, Real estate appraisal, real estate finance, and Ohio real estate law. These courses allowed me to be licensed by the state of Ohio to assist my clients in the purchase or sale of there homes. I specialize in horse farms and large agricultural properties with my experience in the equine industry and agriculture background.
