I Have been a licensed REALTOR since 1988. My knowledge & experience has led to me receiving the ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) and the designation of NAR'S (National Association of Realtors) Short Sales and Foreclosure Certified Resource. I've been a Million Dollar producer as both buyer and seller's representative with experience in Residential, Commercial & Investment Real Estate. Thru Real Estate, I have helped to improve my community. My efforts have brought four new homes to this community and removed several properties that had become detrimental to the community. I have a thorough knowledge of Real Estate & Zoning Issues, having performed the duties of Chairman of the Wickliffe Board of Zoning Appeals since 1986. Additionally, I have served as a city councilman for multiple terms and in church offices of the Financial Secretary, Elder, and Treasure. My actions led me to be inducted into the Wickliffe Community Hall of Fame in 2014 in the Government category. I currently serve as a Trustee on the Community Hall of Fame board. In addition, I am a volunteer for the Hospice of the Western Reserve plus Elder and Financial Secretary for the Wickliffe Presbyterian Church.
