About Nicki

While I have always enjoyed helping my friends and family find the perfect homes for them, my professional real estate career began in 2021. My two very unique starting transactions were the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. These experiences gave me valuable insight from the seller's and the buyer's perspectives. I fully understand my clients' expectations, fears, and hopes, all from their point of view. These experiences helped shape the way I approach all of my clients, with a client-centered approach. Coldwell Banker is the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise in North America. They offer hundreds of resources and tools for agents to help clients buy and sell homes. I have all of these valuable tools and resources at my fingertips. I am also deeply rooted in the Marion Community and in Central Ohio. I grew up in the very small town of Sulphur Springs in Crawford County and graduated from Colonel Crawford High School. I lived in Bucyrus, Ohio, for a short time before moving to LaRue and then to Marion, where I currently reside with my husband Ken, dogs Tilly and Arik and cats Zeke and Callie. I also spend my summers camping at Candlewood Lake in Morrow County, between Mount Gilead and Galion. I have been an employee of Whirlpool in Marion for nearly 28 years. I am also on the board of directors of the Marion Area Humane Society. All of these communities are very important to me. There is a lot at stake, both financially and personally, for my real estate clients. I will offer my hard-work, dedication, and loyalty to all of my clients. I will provide quality customer service and build strong relationships, but more importantly will work to maintain these relationships by remaining transparent and communicating effectively.
