About Dave

Born and raised in Marysville, Dave Erwin has a deep understanding of the community and the people he serves. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family—camping, vacationing in the desert or at the beach—and pursuing his passion for classic street cars. Dave developed a strong work ethic at a young age, beginning his career in the automotive industry where he held various positions at car dealerships. He later transitioned into manufacturing, working at local factories, and eventually gained hands-on experience in real estate by working with an investment company flipping homes. That experience sparked his long-term interest in the real estate profession. After raising two sons together, Dave and his wife, Rhonda, felt the timing was right for Dave to step into a real estate career that had been patiently waiting for him. Dave’s business philosophy starts and ends with a smile. He values the opportunity to build genuine relationships and believes that making new friends along the way is one of the most rewarding parts of every transaction. With a keen understanding of Marysville’s fast-growing market, Dave is a strong advocate for his clients.
