About Colt

Colt Tanner is a seasoned real estate investor and consultant based in Marion, Ohio. Since graduating from Pleasant High School in 2012, Colt has built a reputation for delivering real results in the real estate world. Since 2014, he’s been involved in over 100 transactions—ranging from residential renovations to acquiring and managing both commercial and residential rental properties. After majoring in construction management at Bowling Green State University and a strong background in property management, Colt brings hands-on experience to every project. He has led dozens of successful renovation jobs and actively oversees a diverse rental portfolio. Colt has a true passion for making deals—he thrives on putting the right pieces together and takes pride in securing the best value for every client and project. Investors often turn to him for his ability to assess real value, manage costs efficiently, and structure deals that work. Outside of work, Colt enjoys giving back by coaching football at Delaware Hayes High School, where he helps young athletes grow on and off the field. He believes in the importance of mentorship and using sports to build discipline, leadership, and confidence. He also stays active in the Marion community, supporting local initiatives, volunteering his time, and staying connected with the people and neighborhoods he serves through real estate.
