About Sherry

Sherry Evanichko has called Columbus home all her life. Residing in Grove City for 20 years with her husband Rob and their two dogs, she has extensive knowledge of the Grove City area, its amenities, growth and value. Sherry has more than 25 years’ experience in real estate law in areas of eminent domain and zoning, working as a paralegal for landowners all across Ohio. Sherry is an Ohio State Bar Association Member and Certified Paralegal and is a member of Columbus Bar Association as well. Sherry is excellent with connecting people with resources needed to make life better and has extensive experience in negotiations. Helping clients has been her life work and she is excited to represent you in listing your house or finding your next home. As someone who played in integral part in the negotiations and closings of more than 400 eminent domain cases, she is incredibly organized and able to manage a multitude of tasks which in turn will make your real estate experience seamless. She aims to take the pressure off her clients so they can make clear and concise decisions throughout the entire process. She is honest, hardworking, accessible and responsive. Sherry loves to learn new technology that will help her clients be more successful and knowledgeable when buying, selling and living in the central Ohio area. Sherry and her husband Rob, who is a teacher with South-Western City Schools, love living in Grove City, love to travel all over the world, spend time with their family, nieces and nephews and, of course, their fur babies.
