Profile Information Derek Sturgell grew up in Pickaway County, OH and graduated from Teas Valley High School in 2002. Derek lives with his wife and their three children who also attend Teays Valley schools. Derek and his family are members of the Lighthouse Church located in Ashville, OH. Derek attended classes at Hondros College and obtained his real estate license in 2015. Derek is very familiar with Pickaway and Franklin Counties. Derek works with buyers of all price ranges.
