About Viceta Viceta King-Richardson is an Ohio licensed Realtor specializing in residential real estate. Her experiences span a myriad of areas to include foreclosures, short sales, first time home buyers, distressed and investment properties. She has also worked with non-profit organizations seeking to purchase bank owned properties for re-development to improve housing in blighted areas. To complement her real estate activities, Viceta is CEO at Pyramid House LLC - specializing in providing housing for individuals recovering from alcohol/drug addiction and/or mental health challenges. She has also served in the non-profit and for-profit entities as Director of Human Resources which has afforded her the opportunity to become proficient in planning, organizing and negotiation skills.
