Born and raised in Columbus, I’ve spent a lifetime getting to know every pocket of this city—the neighborhoods, the nooks, and the nuances that make Central Ohio such a rewarding place to call home. I grew up in the Powell/Worthington area, graduated from Worthington Kilbourne High School, and am a proud alum of The Ohio State University—Go Buckeyes! My story is deeply shaped by my family’s journey. My dad immigrated from Hong Kong, growing up in poverty and working tirelessly to build a life of opportunity here. His grit and gratitude taught me to never take possibility for granted—and to use the privileges and opportunities I’ve been given to help others create lasting stability and generational wealth through real estate. Before becoming an agent, I built my real estate foundation first as a home owner and later evolving into a full time value-add real estate investor acquiring central Ohio single and multi-family properties, managing renovation projects, and investment partnerships long before stepping into the sales side of the business. Additionally, my earlier career in business development for life science research companies taught me how to analyze, negotiate, and connect—skills I still use daily. Later, as former co-owner of Studio Rouge from 2018-2022, I discovered how creativity paired with obsessing about the client experience can consistently unlock the best outcomes for everyone. Now, as co-owner of Cooley Construction, I combine strategy, design, and execution to help clients reimagine spaces and elevate value. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I’ll help you move with purpose, clarity, and maybe even a little fun. My approach is refined, attentive, and always grounded in connection—because real estate should feel as good as the results look. Outside of work, I volunteer in my community and stay inspired through creativity and connection. When I’m not real estate-ing, you’ll find me dancing, walking local trails, meeting friends for coffee, making pottery, antiquing, or hunting for the perfect greeting card.
