About Me Hello my name is Eric Hanas. I am an OSU alumni (Go Bucks!) from the Fisher College of Business and I obtained my my real estate license in 2011. I have a passion for finding people their dream home and also working with investors to maximize their returns. We all know if it’s not making dollars it’s not making sense! Going out meeting new people and touring properties is fun and exciting! This is also your 1st chance to make sure everything at the property is as it should be. I will fight on your behalf to make sure it is! My beautiful wife and I married in 2011 and we have the most wonderful baby boy. They are my motivation!
